Just like our World record holding bench rest stocks, these stocks are engineered for the correct stiffness to weight ratio using state of the art processes during manufacturing. They are hand laid with high temperature epoxy resins, placed under a vacuum, and heat cured to obtain the perfect resin to fabric weight ratio. The hunter stocks come standard with a Pachmayr Decel pad, a full inlet, a set of Badger Ordance 9/16″ pillars and in a painted solid color of you choice. Some models can also be had in a molded in Field-grade gel coat finish.

MCS-SL (super light)

The grip of the MCS-SL has a nice palm swell and a dished out area for the back of your hand which gives you a very comfortable grip while still maintaining the more traditional hunter stock look. The comb is set at a height to give you optimum height for a hunting style scope. The outer shells are made with multiple layers of 100% carbon fiber, then reinforced in the critical areas with a layer of fiberglass. The average weight is 27 to 28 ounces depending on the configuration and butt pad selection. Even though these stocks are very light they are constructed to be just as strong and stiff as our standard stocks. They will not let you down in the field when you are on that once in a life time hunt. This stock only comes in a right hand only version. MCS-TA AND T

This is our more traditional hunting / tactical stock. It comes in two different versions the MCS-T fixed cheek version and the MCS-TA adjustable cheek version with Terry Cross hardware. The standard weight of the fixed cheek is 2.5 lbs but with the 90% carbon fiber option is usually around 2.1 lbs. The standard weight of the adjustable cheek version is 3.4 lbs. The forend is 1.75 wide at the tip and rounded to a beaver tail that is flat. The forend is also wide enough to accept a #8 barrel which is about 1.125″ diameter at the tip of the stock. The MCS-T and TA comes standard with a 1″ Pachmyer Decel pad installed at a length of pull at 13.5″. This stock has a high cheekpiece for the bigger bell scopes and a nice palm swell. MCS-T3

This stock has became very popular as a very good long-range hunting / tactical stock. The standard weight is 2.6 lbs but can be had as light as 2.2 Lbs. The forend is 2.40” wide at the tip and will take up to a straight taper barrel of 1.350 inches in diameter. The MCS-T3 comes standard with a 1″ Pachmyer Decel pad installed at a length of pull at 13.5″. This stock has a high cheekpiece for the bigger bell scopes and a nice palm swell.
