Mini Chassis

The mini chassis is designed to simply drop in your barrel, action torque in place and go shoot! The mini chassis is a great option if you have multiple barrels and actions that you would like to use in the same stock. MCS offers a wide range of mini chasses to fulfill your particular need. Choose from full DBM mini chassis for tactical stocks to lighter weight M5 and Micro mini chasses for hunting stocks.

MCS-M5

AVAILABLE IN LONG AND SHORT ACTION

The Badger M5 DBM has been the gold standard for many years and the MCS M5 mini chassis was created as the perfect complement to the Badger M5. MCS has designed the M5 mini chassis as a solution that will also work with other similar bottom metals on the market.

Essentially, the mini chassis will replace the bedding and pillars and will work with the M5 bottom metal of your choice. Switching bottom metals is as easy as loosening screws and inserting your selected bottom metal for a true bolt-in and go option.

In the world of outdoor hunting and competitive shooting sports, there is great demand for shooting platforms that are super lightweight, robust and strong.

Manners Composite Stocks has again answered the call with the introduction of the MCS Micro-Chassis. The Micro-Chassis is a great addition to the very popular Mini-Chassis lineup currently offered by MCS.

Designed to work with all Remington 700 and Rem 700 footprint short, medium and long actions with a factory or custom recoil lug with a thickness up to .312”.
Weighs in around 2 ounces depending on the version.
The MCS Micro-Chassis was designed as an ultra-lightweight 2-piece bedding block system. This eliminates the need for a gunsmith to install traditional pillars and an epoxy bedding system.
When combined with one of our bulletproof ultra-lightweight stocks, you will have a true bolt-in-and-go system.
The sturdy aluminum micro-chassis with its self -centering bedding system. This is designed to support the action with 4 main contact areas to compensate for the slight variances found from action to action. When installed in-house by our specially designed setting fixtures, you will have a bolt in, repeatable bedding system that supports a fully floated barrel for maximum accuracy.
When ordered with a new stock, the Micro-Chassis will come fully installed and ready to go with your choice of M-5 based bottom metal.

MCS-DBM GEN 2

AVAILABLE IN SHORT ACTION ONLY

The Manners MCS-DBM mini chassis system incorporates the best of both worlds. A mid-length aluminum chassis and a heavy-duty trigger guard that accepts the time-proven Accuracy International style 5 and 10 round mags and features a low-profile ambidextrous mag release and an extended mag well. This system is made exclusively for us by Badger Ordnance out of solid billet Aircraft-grade aluminum and then Hardcoat anodized black so that it will take a lifetime of punishment.

When combined with one of our bulletproof stocks, we consider this a true bolt-in-and-go system. The sturdy aluminum chassis with its self-centering bedding system is designed to support the action with 5 different contact points. This is done to compensate for the slight variances found from action to action. When installed, you will have a repeatable bedding system that supports a fully floated barrel for maximum accuracy. This will work with all Remington-based 700 short footprint actions with a factory or custom recoil lug with a thickness up to .375”.

The weight of the system less mag is .62 lbs. When ordered with a new stock, the system will come fully installed and ready to go. The system includes grade 5 TORX® screws and one 5-round magazine. Additional 5 or 10 round mags can be ordered separately.

MCS-DBMTK

AVAILABLE FOR ALL TIKKA ACTIONS CHAMBERED IN SHORT CALIBER

Manners Composite Stocks is proud to introduce the new MCS-DBMTK Mini Chassis System. The DMBTK has the same basic features as our standard MCS-DMB Gen 2 mini chassis, but is designed to work with all Tikka actions chambered in short calibers. It is considered a true bolt in and go system.

Comes standard with a precision-ground stainless recoil lug and AI-style 5 round magazine. The MCS-DBMTK also features a lowprofile ambidextrous mag release and an extended mag well.

MCS-BDLTK AND CTR

AVAILABLE FOR ALL TIKKA FACTORY-OFFERED CARTRIDGES

The MCS-BDLTK mini chassis is designed to work with both the factory hunting detach mag bottom metal and the factory CTR detach system. This mini chassis is designed for a true bolt in and go system. No bedding is required. Will work with in all factory offered cartridges.

The MCS-BDLTK weighs in at 6.3 ounces installed and is designed to work with your factory Tikka lug and action screws. (MCS offers an optional stainless tikka recoil lug)
